Nikuyoi's first course menu has been introduced, allowing you to enjoy meat dishes other than just yakiniku.This course allows you to enjoy a variety of elaborate meat dishes, from classic meat dishes such as the famous Wagyu lean mille-feuille, four types of grilled dishes including dried and aged beef tongue, and two types of Wagyu sushi, to more unusual meat dishes such as three types of sashimi of gizzard shank, senmai, and mino, and beef mapo beef with Kangen Sichuan peppercorns prepared by the owner, a Sichuan chef.
